Can sprint upgrade my iphone even though it is cracked on the back?
I recently cracked the back of my iphone 4s white and i wonder if sprint will still upgrade it no matter the condition or will ask me to fix the back.
If your upgrading that usually means you signing a new contract and unless your doing a trade in to make it cheaper they probably won't mind the crack being there. But i know in the case if art if your upgrading you usually keep your old phone and just buy a new one all together.
If you're upgrading, you don't need your old phone for that. If you're trading then you won't get much if the back is cracked. If you've insurance, then you can trade in with the new one.

- Why can I not use any sim card in my iPhone even though it is unlocked? I got an iPhone from a friend who says that the phone is unlocked, but every sim card I try in it seems not to work, it keeps on coming up with the same message that "There's no SIM card installed in the iPhone you are attempting to activate. Please disconnect and insert a SIM card in the iPhone." when have clearly put one in. What can I do?

- I can't get mail on my iphone 5 even though I have 3G? I've had my iphone 5 for a while, and so far there has been no problems with the mail. But today I switched my phone on and off a few times because I didn't have much battery, now all of a sudden when I go to refresh my mail, it comes up with 'can't get mail. Connection to the server failed' even though I have 3G. I have rebooted, reset all systems, and signed out and signed back in again. Nothing is working. My email is a live account.
