Can I upgrade my iPhone operating system?
I've had an iPhone 3G for about two years and am pretty happy with it. My only gripe is that I often can't download apps because the operating system is out of date. Is there anyway to upgrade the operating system without needing to get a new phone?

Currently I'm using the iPhone 5s on iOS 8.3 I know if I were to update my phone to the latest OS I may notice some slowdown on my phone's performance, since it may not have the "muscle" to handle certain functions. Many apps now are optimised for iOS 9 and/or the 6th generation phones. Will my 5s' speed performance slow down if I update my apps? Will the app's performance slow down?

- Missing operating System on laptop? I have a Acer 7560 Laptop and I reseted my hard drive (like deleted everything) because it was so slow and some guy put a lot of programs when I wanted it fixed so it was useless. I thought it was going to be like the iPhone when you start all over but now when I turn it on all it says is "missing operating system" and I don't have a recovery disk or usb! So it's stuck like that. Can I buy a disk or usb online if so what type or do I need to take it to someone.
