Can i use corona sdk to develop iphone apps on pc and transfer to a mac later?

I have a pc and can't currently afford a mac. If i were to create an app for android, and then later buy a mac, and transfer the files over to it somehow, how hard would it be to make the app work for an iphone. I'm new to corona sdk but i know it's supposed to be able to easily deal with cross platform apps.

Yes. You can save your source files and then import them into the Mac later.

"Can I build iOS apps on a Windows machine?

Unfortunately no. Due to Apple restrictions you can only build an iOS app on a Mac. However, any code you develop with Corona on a Windows machine can be taken to a Mac and used to build your app. If you are unable to buy a Mac, we recommend using a service like MacinCloud (www.macincloud.com) to build your iOS apps."

Why insist on using Corona sdk? There happen to be quite a lot of other programs that aid you in building mobile apps, some specifically meant for iPhone, and some designed to build apps that would work both on android and iOs. For ex., MyAppBuilder, SwebApps, Mippin, etc. All these specialize in mobile website development. You can find more more in the article or the link, and these are just a few examples… There are plenty.
