Can I use iPhone 4S as wireless adapter without charging Verizon 2GB share data plan?
Have old PC without wireless network card - have to use Ethernet and don't have long enough chord to reach router.
Found that I can use iPhone + USB to supply wireless signal to PC via personal hotspot… Will this charge extra to my current plan:

The Wireless Hotspot feature is an extra feature you have to pay more for each month. You can activate it right on your iPhone (Settings > General > Cellular > Personal Hotspot), or call Verizon directly.
Yes it does cost money but I believe if you jailbreak it u an use a app in to use Wi-Fi hotspot 4 free
- With Verizon, can two iphones share a data package of 2GB? I have an iphone right now and it costs $30 for 2 GB of data a month. My mom wants to get rid of her basic keyboard phone and upgrade to an iPhone. But she doesn't want to pay an addtional $30 for her 2 GB of data. Is it possible for her to just use some of my data and join my 2 GB plan?
- What is the 2gb data plan for verizon? I have an iphone 5 and me and my mom are using the 2gb share everything plan but i don't know how to not go over the limit since i don't even know what the 2gb is. Like what does it use up? Does watching youtube videos affect it? Going on the internet? Streaming pandora?
- Is the 2GB data plan on Verizon enough for iPhone 4s? I'm switching providers soon and I want Verizon and to get the iPhone 4s but I noticed you pay for however much data you use. It's not unlimited? So do you think the 2GB data plan is enough? I do go on the internet a lot on my phone now such as Facebook and Tumblr. I take a lot of pictures and have a lot of apps. I'm just afraid I'll go over and then my dad will have to pay more… It's already expensive enough.

And to save data, whenvever we're at home we could just use our Wi-Fi? 4GB, 12GB?
