Can jailbreaking your iphone 5 ruin the phone?
My dad is going to jailbreak my iphone 5! But this will be my dad's first time jail breaking an iPhone. Could this ruin my phone? Like break it? How can we prevent this from happening? Also, i don't want my photos, music, contacts, etc to be lost so how do I back that up?!

YES, it is risky, most of the time things go well, but If something goes wrong, you voided your warranty and can't ask apple for help.
- Will my cheap iPhone charger from Amazon ruin my phone? I just got an iPhone charger that wasn't apple brand on Amazon for cheap. People are telling me that it isn't going to work or it will eventually start to ruin my phone. I just recently got an iPhone 5 too so I have no interest in having to buy a new one because the charger is going to ruin it. Will the things people keep telling me really happen?

Like pretty much will jailbreaking my iPhone 5 effect or harm it anyway? Or could I still use it like the regular iPhone that's not jailbroken?
- Will Jailbreaking my iPhone 3GS ruin my unlock? I have an AT&T iPhone 3GS on 6.1.3 (I know there's no jailbreak for it yet, but I know an untethered is being made) and I have it unlocked to be used with T-Mobile. If a untethered jailbreak comes out for 6.1.3, will my unlock be ruined and not let me use my T-Mobile services? ps. I have it unlocked, not jailbroken, so I don't have cydia
