Can't connect to the internet?

At school I can connect to the school's Wi-Fi but I can't use it. All my other friends with Android phones and iPhones can connect and use it. Can someone give me tips to try?

I have the LG Optimus L3 and can use the default browser, Opera Mini and Dolphin Browser.

Ask your computer lab teacher or whoever setup the Wi-Fi. Check the proxy setting in your phone. Since its in school, you will have to change the proxy setting in your phone by going to advance option. Thats what i had to do with my laptop back in High School.

  • Why won't my xbox 360 connect to the internet but will connect to my iphone hotspot? Ill play cod bo2 almost daily and my xbox will connect to my mobile hotspot on my iphone 4s fine, but out of no where it will lag out and disconnect me from xbox live, its not a hardware issue everything connects normally, full bars and everything the phone still lets me get on the internet, but my xbox will not, why D:?
  • Why can't I connect to the Internet? I got a new android tablet and every time I try to connect to the Internet it won't work. I tried to to connect it to my Internet at home. I put in the correct IP address but it loads for around five minutes and says unsuccessful. I tried to connect it to my personal hot spot on my iPhone but it says it's not in range even though my phone is right beside it. Does anyone know anything I can do about it?
  • Why can't i connect to internet? I had to reset my pc to factory settings recently and now i can't connect to internet. I had a cd which enabled me to get the net in the past but i lost this and now i have no clue how to get it on. I have no idea about drivers etc so any help in simple terms would be appreciated. I have wireless virgin broadband and my laptop is working and iphones etc so it is my pc that i don't know how to set up

Ok so my iphone 4s will not connect to the internet there's nothing wrong with my router because the internet on my laptop is working fine it's been like this for a whlie now i think its a bug because i download update 6.1.2 and it has been not working since then. If it is a bug can some one tell me when the new iphone 4s update is coming out
