Can't hear out of ear piece on iPhone 6?

I got my iPhone 6 a few months ago and dropped it on the sidewalk which cracked my screen. Before and after this incident my earpiece was working fine with phone calls. I went and had the screen replaced a few days ago and now I can barely hear out of the earpiece during phone calls (even with the volume all the way up). What could this be? Is this reason to call the screen repair place back and have the issue adjusted? Or can I fix it myself? I paid over $100 so I would like my money's worth because this was not a problem before I had my phone fixed.

Yeah
