Can the black iPhone get IOS 7?
I'm getting me an iPhone next week I'm getting a black one I'm wondering if the black iPhone 4 can get the new iOS 7. I heard some people say no because its too old. I have the white iPod touch it can get it cause its old. My friend has a black iPhone she doesn't have IOS 7 on hers. And she has the iPhone 4. Can the black iPhone 4 get IOS 7 or not? Why doesn't my friend have it on hers?

You can. But it's slow and laggy on iphone 4. Being black wouldn't matter.
Get a 5 if you can. My girlfriend had the 4 with iOS 7 on it and it was god awfully slow it was horrible
Yes, you can get iOS 7 with an iPhone 4. A lot of people say that it makes it slower, so make sure you have lots of space on yours. Make a back-up on iTunes with your current version of iOS so that if you don't like iOS 7, you can just restore your iPhone to your latest version of iOS (before "7").

You can but IOS 7 will barely run on the iPhone 4. It might actually make your phone load a lot slower so I wouldn't recommend it but you can if you want to.
IPhone colours don't count for anything but looks, but yes it can get ios 7 but it'd be running very slow drains battery really quickly and if you had ios 6 you have the choice to upgrade

So i was on my phone and i opened up the snapchat app and it just froze and went black but not totally black like how it is when it is off you can still see a little light. I didn't really care for the new look of ios 7 and never updated the software on my iPhone 4s, but now that ios 8 is out, I wish I had updated to 7 while I still could. I really feel like my software is old and outdated, so it would be nice to upgrade. Is there any way to upgrade to 7 now? If not, I'll stay at 6 because I hear ios 8 runs terribly on 4s.
