Can verizon get rid of these charges?

My bill is $754 & it's no way in hell it's that much. In October at the beginning of the month, we was on the 20gb plan & we used 18gb of that & we changed to the 40gb because it's a double data plan for $150. They said they back dated the plan so we won't get charged for the 20gb data plan. We added 2 iPhone 6 16gb on verizon edge, it's 5 lines with a monthly access of $30. We didn't go over our 40gb plan. Why is my bill so freaking high? I'm sick of these high bills. Please help me. Can verizon get rid of these invalid charges?

Only Verizon can answer that, You need to speak to Verizon until you get the answer you need not necessarily the answer you want. I don't think you really understand all the fees you have added to your account.

Only Big Red knows the answer but remember $400 of it really is your's. Why? The 2 iPhones. So the remaining $350 is somehow screwed up with the plan switch, taxes, activation fees etc. Best luck.

I'm a Verizon customer, & my bills are always well itemized & self explanatory. Perhaps your Mommy or Daddy could call Verizon for you if you can't understand what is written on the bill.
