Should I get rid of my iPhone and get a basic phone?
I've had an iPhone for 2 years, and my contract runs out 9/2/12, should I get a 4s or a Pantech Jest 2?
I want to save my dad money, and all I really use my iPhone for is music and Facebook.
My friends say I should stick with my iPhone, but I don't know…

Well all i can suggest getting a tablet phone, I myself used to carry a smartphone, And a tablet now i carry ONE.

- Would it be crazy to go back to a basic phone? I feel like smartphones have ruined us. I've disconnected from social media and can no longer access my accounts, however I feel like it still isn't enough. I'm still addicted to my iPhone. Would it be nuts for somebody in their early 20's to ditch smartphones and go back to a basic one with standard features like text and call?

- What if I put a basic phone sim card to an unlocked iPhone? I have a basic phone which can only call (I pay about $10 a month for this). But now I have an unlocked iPhone 5s, which I use for music. So I thought, why not put the sim card in the iPhone so I don't have to carry 2 phones. I DON'T want to have to pay for data. So, if I put the "basic phone" sim card in the iPhone, will it automatically charge me for the monthly data? Like $40-80 a month? (AT&T)
