Can you buy an unlocked iphone 4s without a sim card?
I wanna get an iphone 4s for virgin mobile, but the prices online are way too expensive. So i thought about getting an unlocked iphone, but my phone now (rumor touch) doesn't have a sim card. So can i still buy the unlocked iphone and just buy a new sim card on virgin mobile for it or do i have to buy the really expensive iphone from their website?
