Do you have a pc?
If you do then go to this website. https://cloudconvert.org/gif-to-mp4
Upload the gif then it will convert it to mp4
Once it has converted it save it to your pc
Sync your iphone to your pc and then the gif should now be on your iphone converted into a mp4 file which the iphone can play.
