Can you fix a iPhone that has been overcharged?
My nieces iPhone got some what wet. We took it to a Cellular Doctor, they said it was over charged (electric shock) and could fix it. So my question is, do y'all think this is it for the phone can Apple fix it? Is there something we can do to make it work? Important note she has pictures from her trip to NYC she wants to keep.
The term "over charged" does not apply.
Whoever told you that is either incompetent
(in which case they are mis-describing what is wrong)
or flat-out lying to you.
Take or send the phone to a more qualified servicer.
- My iPhone 6s has no phone case and I've dropped it several times but there has never been any damage The screen hasn't cracked and it still works like new and the phone is as old as when the first iPhone 6s came out. But it's just funny because i Never have a case on it and it's fallen, maybe only 3 feet at most onto wood floors and nothing has happened yet. Anyone else relate?
- My iphone 5 has been water damaged how do I fix it? I dropped my phone in some water 2 nights ago, so as suggested by everyone I placed it in the box of rice. However I was in a state of panic and tried to switch the phone on. It is now stuck on a solid red screen and won't turn off. How do I fix this? I would also rather not have to take it apart in order to fix it
- Is there anyway to fix an iphone 3gs that has been damaged for months? It has probably been water damaged for 3-4 months… Is there any real way to fix it without spending money?
- Is there a app that lets you know when you text message has been read? I have a moto G phone (aindroid, play store) and its frustrating watching my friends have iPhone or something like that, that can let them know when their text message has been read, it will help me alot.
