My iphone 5 has been water damaged how do I fix it?
I dropped my phone in some water 2 nights ago, so as suggested by everyone I placed it in the box of rice. However I was in a state of panic and tried to switch the phone on. It is now stuck on a solid red screen and won't turn off. How do I fix this?
Added (1). I would also rather not have to take it apart in order to fix it
Take it to an Apple store, or take it to a computer repair shop. Those guys will be able to take a good look at it and determine what's wrong.

- Water damaged IPhone 5s! Been in rice 24hours? It looked much better after being in the rice but now I'm noticing moisture behind the screen. It's like it's creeping in slowly. Is there anything I can do to prevent this getting worse until I can afford to get it fixed?
- My iphone speaker will not work after i water damaged it, is there any fix? I accidently spilled orange juice on my iphone and i thought it was fine as it operated after i wiped it off. I noticed later that i could not hear the other person during a phone call. Are there any fixes to this or do i have to buy another phone out right?

- Is it possible to fix a water damaged iPhone? So I dropped my iPhone 4S in the toilet and now it won't turn on. I was wondering, will I able to get it fixed and still be able to keep my photos and text messages? I got a new iPhone, but the backup didn't work out because it didn't keep any of my new photos or text messages before I dropped it in the toilet. So I was wondering, if I get my water damaged iPhone fixed will I still have the pictures and the text messages?
