Can you flash an Iphone 5 from sprint to boost mobile?
My sisters birthday is coming in a few months, and I'm getting her an Iphone 5, but I have boost mobile. I know you can pay someone to unlock it or flash it. I just wanna know if after it's unlocked it'll be possible to connect to boost.
According to here:
http://www.sprintusers.com/forum/showthread.php?t=216823
it says that you can activate sprint phones with boost mobile
Yes. Once you unlock an iPhone it will work with almost All carriers.
Ways to unlock the carrier restrictions are:
1) Buy a pre-unlocked iPhone ($$$ expensive)
2) Charge someone to unlock it ($$ somewhat expensive)
3) Jailbreak and use ultrasn0w (FREE)
Not sure if ultrasn0w supports the latest iPhone 5 yet.
Good luck and happy birthday to your sister.

Yes, it's possible to use the phone on Boost even if you get the phone unlocked.

- How to flash sprint iphone 4 to boost? Ok we have an iphone 4 sprint, I think the ESN is clean, we canceled sprint. It's ios verision 6.1.3 with modem firmware 3.0.04. I'm pretty good with iPhones as far as jail breaking goes along with SSH, and even hacking the PRL. But is there a way to flash and how? 10 points for useful knowledge.
- How to flash iphone 4 to boost mobile? We bought a iphone 4 off craigslist. And its already seems to be flashed to boost. But when we called boost they said they can't do anything. We found a place that will do it, but its out of the way and cost 40 bucks. In the corner it says boost. Is there something i can do. I'm good with a pc so any help is welcomed
