Can you give a legendary pokemon a gender with pokebuilder? It is possible? Can you make regular pokemon have no gender it is true that legendary pokemon can be male or female with pokebuilder on the iphone
It is true that you can choose that. But once its in game, it won't breed, moves like attract still won't work on them, and you can't even see their gender except for when you're renaming them.
So yes, but it's pretty useless.
It still will act asa though it is genderless so there's no point. And even gendered legendaries can't breed.

So mobile games have gotten pretty damn good like Infinity blade all those so why hasn't Nintendo released gameboy games like Pokemon Red, Blue, Yellow, Silver, or gold? - When you give APPLE a defective IPHON do they give you a reconditioned one back? My IPHONE had a defect, still under warranty, so I took it to an Apple MAC store and after a few days they gave it back, supposedly repaired. Now the replaced IPHONE has a problem, different than the previous problem I'm now having a problem with the taking a photo. Do they just replace your phone with a reconditioned one they say no but?
