Make an iphone app for free on PC, and if you can how?

I really want to make an app for iphones or ipads i have a laptop running windows 8 does anyone know how i can make a free app?

Google it and there's a site i used ages ago that i forgot

You can but the have to process it through apple

Yes but it's not just drag and drop and you're done. It is very difficult, I'll be honest, since you're not even using capital letters I don't think you'd be the best coder. Sorry.

Another thing though, if you do make an app and it works and everything, there's an assurance of quality test and you have to pay about $100 to get your app on the market. Unless you jailbreak your iphone/ipod (which can't be done without tethering on iOS6 anyway).

I hate to say it, but don't bother trying. :/

To create iPhone apps, you'll need Apple XCode, which only runs on overpriced intel-based Macs. Another expensive options on PCs, is using a cross-platform IDE, for example, Xamarin, and Unity (which is for games). Both use C#, and can create Android and iOS apps.

You can make Windows RT apps, you'll need Windows 8 and the free Visual Studio Express. If you're a student, Windows Server 2012 and Visual Studio Pro are free, search Dreamspark on Microsoft website.

The cheapest one is Android, the SDK is completely free, and uses a free IDE.

Right now, your only choice is creating HTML5 apps using lots of Javascript. It will run on anything with a modern browser, although everyone will get the complete source code of your project (unless you create few web services).

There are numerous options for making an iOS app. If you want to distribute it via the App Store you will need access to a Mac and be registered as a developer.
