Can you preorder an iphone at an apple store and pick it up?
Or if you do it online, will it get here on the release date or will it ship on the release date?

You can't preorder from apple. I think you can pay somebody to stand in line for you the day it comes out so you get it.
Yes you can preorder online, but you can't pick it up online, pre order from apple is when you order from online and receive it from shipping.

I want to know when will the apple store worker call me to pick up my new iPhone 5c, because the worker told me that I'm getting my old iPhone 5c replace to new iPhone 5c but an different color.
