Can you ship ebay items with a postage stamp and get a tracking number? - 1

I'm new to ebay and thinking about selling iphone screens and I want to include free shipping. I will be using a 4x8 KRAFT… I'm wondering if I can use a postage stamp and still get a tracking number. It will weigh under 5oz

p.s. What is the cost more or less

Anything over one ounce will cost you more than one postage stamp. Postage goes by both weight and distance so no one can tell you the exact cost, it will depend on the weight and where it's going to.

Using a postage stamp means to get Delivery Confirmation you will have to pay extra for it at the post office.
