Can you ship ebay items with a postage stamp and get a tracking number?

I'm new to ebay and thinking about selling iphone screens and I want to include free shipping.
I will be using a 4x8 KRAFT BUBBLE MAILERS ENVELOPE BAG. And I'm wondering if I can use a postage stamp and still get a tracking number. It will weigh under 7oz

Sure, but the USPS will not accept packages weighing over 13 ounces through mailboxes. You must take them in person to a Post Office. The USPS will gladly give you a tracking number if you pay for the correct class of service.

Do yourself a favor and go to the Post Office for assistance. If you are trying to save money using your stamps, they should accept those.
