Can you take portable chargers on a plane?

I have a portable battery charger about the size of two iPhones stacked on top of each other, that is 13, 000mAH. Can I carry that with me on a plane?

It's fine, check the TSA website and prohibited list and you'll find that battery chargers are not on any prohibited lists.
