No, & that's the point. It wouldn't be a good security feature if it could be bypassed.
Nope. I have seen some videos of people essentially reflashing the serial number of an iPad to another number that is not iCloud locked. This is not really a true-bypass because you're essentially changing the identify of the iPad. And of course, the serial number engraved on the back of the device will not match what the iOS shows.
