Can you use an AT&T iPhone on Verizon network?
I want to buy an iPhone form my friend but she got it from AT&T and I have Verizon can I still buy it from her and use it on my Verizon line?
No because AT&T and Verizon are two different networks.
Absolutely not. AT&T phones are GSM only while Verizon is CDMA, they're incompatible.
If you unlock it, yes.
- Is there any way I can use an AT&T iPhone 4 on the Verizon network? My friend just got the new iPhone 5 and my old phone broke so he gave me his old iPhone 4. The problem is he has the iPhone 4 from AT&T and my plan is with Verizon. I've heard its possible to unlock the phone free by calling AT&T since his 2 year contract is up with that phone, so that it can be used by any carrier. However I know AT&T uses sim cards and Verizon doesn't. Is there ANY way I can use this phone with Verizon? I have no other options for a new phone.
- If you unlock a verizon iphone 4 can you use it with any carrier? I was wondering if you unlock a verizon iPhone 4 can you use it with other carriers like sprint or t-mobile or something?
- I have an unlocked AT&T iPhone 5, can I use it on the verizon network? Verizon iPhone 5's do have SIM cards, but I saw where the networks are different something about a gsm and a CDMA network. I want to be able to use it on verizon
- I clicked 'Forget this Network' on the Wi-Fi network, and I need to use that network? I'm on iPhone 4, with iOS 6, and like I mentioned, it was an accident and I need to use that network!
