Can you use Instagram without the app?

I have an iPhone 3GS and downloaded Instagram and got a lilttle addicted, but then I had to down grade my softwear as my phone could not keep up, so now I can't have the app for it but am using the Internet for all my social networking sites, howeve I'm having a few proplems with Instagram as it won't let me go on others blogs, like there pictures or even post any of my own and it's really starting to bugg me. And I'm starting to wounder if its a proplem with my phone or that's just how the online version is? If you could let me no or have any tips as I loved post up my pictures thanks alot.

  • What app can you use to download music to and listen without Wi-Fi or service? Ok I have an iPhone 5S and I just did the ios8 update and to do that I deleted my ITube app because it look up a lot of storage and I was just going to re download it. Well now it isn't on the app store anymore, all I can find is ones that require Wi-Fi or service which I don't want. Any other apps? I don't want to use iTunes.

  • Can you use instagram/snapchat on your computer? My Ipod touch recently broke, and I don't have a way to get an Instagram or Snapchat. I don't have a cell like an Iphone or an Android. In fact, I don't have a cellphone at all! So I was wondering if you can use Instagram (or Snapchat ) On your computer, like upload photos. And how to do it! If not, is there anyone, or any place, I can get a VERY cheap phone? :/ :)
