Can't transfer MOV videos into iphone?

I had converted the videos I want in my iphone 4 to MOV, though some videos managed to get in, there are still some videos that I was unable to transfer.

I transfer my videos manually from my computer from itunes to my iphone 4.
When I drag and drop the video into my iphone, nothing happens.
There are some videos that managed to transfer in. I dragged and dropped, and there was a transfer.
The others that failed did not even get a error message,

Anyone have any idea why it didn't manage to transfer?

Two things you need to know and understand first is what file format your phone has the codecs in the firmware for. The second is the resolution in Pixels that it can play so look at the ones that do play and use a converter to make the others the same format AND size in pixels.

Itunes is not a file converter so you may need something else like winAvi or use an online converter. This is one site here.

Follow steps below to transfer MOV videos to iPhone:
Step1: Install and run iPhone transfer
Step2: Click "Movies" on the display list, then the right side of the interface will display all your video files in details as the following screenshot shows.
Click "Import files" image button on the bottom of the interface to import one or multiple video files from PC to your iPhone. Then the imported files will be displayed below the previous movie files.
