Can't talk and surf the web on my iphone 6 plus? I have sprint?

For some reason this is the only service i've had where i can't do both att had no limits but as soon as i switched to sprint i found out i could not surf and talk anyone else having this issue?

I believe apple chose to use VoLTE (using the data network to carry voice traffic) as the means to do this for CDMA iPhones. Until Sprint launches this in your area it will only work via Wi-Fi. The reason it works for Att is they never used CDMA for voice so it is a capability that has always been there for iphones and every other phone.

I have an iPhone 5 which is running on iOS 6.1.3 but I have an issue now is when I launch Safari on my device and try to surf the internet on it then instead of opening the web pages Safari shows an error message like "Unable to access.
