Change Behavior of iPhone Home Double Tap?

I've tried googling this, but all I find are ways to disable the iPhone home double tap feature. Although it's nice to disable, I would like the ability to map the action to another activity. Open a certain app, page, etc. Is this possible?

I have iPhone 6s with 13.1.2 iOS.

Ask at the local museum.

It might be able to be done if the phone is jailbroken.

  • Why do Black and Mexican men have very erratic behavior? Where I go to school black guys curse and yell at each other in hallways while classes are going on. Referring to one another as the N Word and the F word and disrespectful word for women. Also one Mexican guy in my class Always takes his iPhone out and starts playing Mexican songs out loud. Literally no one says a thing to him.
  • Whenever I double-tap on the home button on my iphone, it doesn't let me close apps? Usually you just double-tap the home button, the app windows come up, and you can swipe them up to close them, right? I'm not sure what happened but nothing happens when I do this now. Also I don't know if this has anything to do with it, but imessage is kind of screwed up too, because whenever I try to type something, the text box covers up the latest text. So if you know what's going on, please tell me what I need to do to fix this, Thanks!
  • When you double click the home button on iPhone? A row of previously used apps appear, are they running the the background and using battery life? Or is it just simply showing your latest used apps?
  • My iphone won't stop double clicking Each time I go to settings, I can't scroll done. Plus this annoying lady's voice is always there. I have to double click EVERYTHING. How do I stop this? (And how do I scroll down by the way?)
