Why do Black and Mexican men have very erratic behavior?

Where I go to school black guys curse and yell at each other in hallways while classes are going on. Referring to one another as the N Word and the F word and disrespectful word for women.

Also one Mexican guy in my class Always takes his iPhone out and starts playing Mexican songs out loud. Literally no one says a thing to him.

Because it's posturing, not actual behavior. They're trying to act tough, to act macho, so they won't be bullied.

It's a bad side-effect of patriarchal-cultures, men acting 1-dimensional, to not show weakness to other men.

Not all of us do, though some might simply because they've picked it up from others as a signal of strength.

Their parents didn't raise them properly, like pretty much everyone regardless their race.

Not all of them, but they are just trying to act big and tough.

They don't.
