Change from iphone 5 look to 5s?

If I got the 2 glass panes for the back of a 5s could I put them on my iphone 5 to make it look like the new version?

Look good in mirror VS look bad in pictures? Why is it that I look perfectly fine in the mirror but when I take a picture with my iPhone i look so bad. I just wanna know which one I look like in person, the mirror or the selfie.
Is what we look in the mirror or the camera more how we actually look? Whenever I look in the bathroom mirror, I look good, but whenever I take a picture of myself, my bad skin and oily skin show more and my face shape looks uneven and I look like I have a huge forehead. I just took it with my iPhone with no filter on. Is the camera or the mirror more real?
