Charging iphone battery all night long?
Usually I put my phone on the charger all night long until I wake up. I have been hearing people say that it is really bad for the battery and the battery life. What do you do? Should i stop charging my phone all night long?
Get one of them chargers that stops charging onced your phone is charged.
It's bull. The iPhone will stop charging when the battery is full.
You can see for yourself. After 10 minutes of charging feel the screen adapter. It's warm to hot. Feel if in the morning. It's cool. It gets warm when it's charging and returns to room temperature when it's done charging.
Don't listen to them, they have no idea what they're talking about. Your iPhone battery has a controller that limits the current to the battery. There's nothing wrong with charging it for the night.
I had an iPhone 5 for 6 years, charged it all night every night. Still runs like a champ now, even though I've had a 6 and now a 7 since then.
I charge my phone to 100% before i go to bed then completly shut it off right before i go to sleep to save the battery.
It doesn't hurt the battery at all. Don't worry about it. The phone stops charging when it's full, even if it's still plugged in.
