Cockatiels have just layed eggs?

I have cockatiels in a big cage a breeding pair and another young breeding pair and i think it was yesterday when the breeding pair layed an egg and today she looks wide and fat so i think she will now lay more and i want to breed them and hopefully handraise them and this is my first ever clutch so can someone please help me with details and tips and i know all the basics but need extra help so can someone who is experienced help me and give me facts and information about handraised them and the parents, etc. And today I was checking inside the box with a iphone flashlight to see the egg and my dads friend said they eggs will die from the flashlight because it has a laser in it or something. So someone please answer, thanks

Now for the nitty gritty.
You need to be feeding green food to your birds, if you can get the following feed these right away. Broccoli, Kale, Cress. Spinach Pac Choi, Sweet Corn Cob, soaked sprouting seeds, which are easy to prepare, I'm not aware of what green veg, you can get, but these are some of the best.

Soak some of their seed with an addition of Mung beans and Hemp seed. In warm water overnight, strain, rinse, place somewhere warm till it sprouts (2-3 days) and feed from now till any chicks are feeding themselves.

Hand raising your birds should be allowed to rise their chicks, they will do a much better job than you, as for the first few days they would need to be fed at 1/2-3/4 hourly intervals.
You can achieve hand taming without hand feeding, to do this after all the chicks have hatched, about 4-7 days after, handle them in the nest daily for 2-3 minutes, they will then be accustomed to being handled when they are ready to leave the nest.
