Computer doesn't recognize iPhone or iPod?
My computer doesn't recognize my iPhone or iPod touch but it will charge them… I can't sync or import anything though. Help! I've installed the new version of iTunes and I have restarted both the computer and the devices. Nothing helps. Just started yesterday…
You probably are going to have to reinstall itunes, but look up how to do it first because there's a specific way you have to do it.

The problem is that there are many possible reasons.
