Computer internet to mobile connecting?

So i have a wired/satellite ethernet internet connection, connected to one of my laptops, on that laptop there's a ad hoc(computer-to-computer) wireless connected created. So it's accessible on both laptops. Is there any sort of connected i can create or program i can download so i can create a network that will connect to my iphone?

for this you create a virtual access point in your laptop

Run cmd.exe as administrator and enter the following command

netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow "ssid=<ssid>" "key=<passphrase>" keyUsage=persistent

This will create "Microsoft Virtual Wi-Fi Miniport adapter" and also set up your hostednetwork

The command to start/stop the hostednetwork is

netsh wlan start|stop hostednetwork"

you will have to start/stop the hostednetwork every time you start/stop your computer
