Computer is recognizing my iPhone as a camera? - 1
I want to transfer my videos from my iPhone to my computer, since my phone has such limited space to only take a few long videos. But, I can't do that, because when I go onto "My Computer", it only shows my iPhone in the "Scanners and Cameras" section, not the "Devices with removable storage".
I think this is the reason why my PC is only recognizing my videos as images.
Can somebody Please help, from how to get my computer to recognize my videos as VIDEOS, not images, so I can transfer them and save them to my PC, because this is starting to get very aggravating.
The problem could be the cable you are using to connect your iphone to your computer if it is not the apple cord then it may not connect properly. The other problem could be a virus in the hardware of your computer in which case you will most likely need a new computer. Thats all i can say to help
It's not the cable, Apple prevents it from happening so you can't copy your apps. Install iTunes on the computer and after the installation, connect the iPhone.
itunes will attempt to get the data off of the phone.
Make sure you backup using iCloud in General settings first.

It's not listed on the upper righthand corner. My phone asks if I trust the computer. I say yes. Then I get a message that itunes is getting an invalid response from my device. I never had this problem before.
