Computer not picking up hotspot through usb?
I used to have an iphone 4s and I just got an iphone 6 and it didn't work with either of them. When I turn on the hotspot my pc makes the same noise as when I plug in a usb device but it doesn't actually connect. Does anyone know how to fix this?

- Why is my laptop not picking up my Wi-Fi but my iphone is? I have an 'Acer Aspire One Happy 2' laptop that runs on windows 7. I have just gone to my grans and her Wi-Fi works fine on my Iphone 4 but my laptop is not even picking up the signal. My laptop works fine at the Mcdonalds round the corner from me so why isn't it working here. I even typed it in manually and it didn't work, its not picking up any signal at all
- My computer will only start, if i'm connecting my Iphone to it (through USB)? My computer (asus X54H) restarted by itself the other day. If i start it, it shows the ASUS logo, and then nothing happens. But then i find out, that it starts normally if i connect my Iphone to it. You know, with an USB-Cable. My problem is: What can i do, so my computer just starts normal. Please help me. Ps. My knowledge about computer is not very huge.
- My computer isn't picking up my iPhone on iTunes but the laptop does? Have a iPhone 5 updated iTunes to latest version, the desktop is not detecting the phone but the laptop is, they both have the same iTunes version and operating system, it works on the laptop but not desktop. It won't even charge it, I've tried a few cords all with same results.
- ITunes not picking up my iPhone? ITunes isn't picking up on my iPhone being plugged into my laptop at all. I'm not sure what could be the problem really, the only difference is a new Apple ID but that didn't seem to make a difference when I logged out of the new and back into the old one. If you can help me give full instructions on where everything is please.
