Computer won't recognize my iPhone 4?
ITunes nor my computer recognises my iphone 4 when plugged in properly. It doesn't come up as charging on my phone, and I tried it on another laptop and it works fine, so it's not the wire. I need to sync my iPhone, and don't know what to do, Thanks.
Uninstall iTunes completely from Add/Remove programs (Programs and Features for Win7) then run a complete search for the word "iTunes" and delete anything that contains it. Then re-download it and reintall it, usually that's the best way to fix such a problem.
