Could I make an iPhone app on my Windows PC?
Okay, I'm a high school sophomore and I have something called 'personal project'. I'm supposed to do anything I want. I wish I could make an app with a school schedule. Here is how it would work. On your locked screen, there would be a countdown to the next class. For example, it would say '19:31 until Math'. You would be able to set your own schedule, so the app would know what subject to countdown to. And here is the question.Am I going to be able to create that app for my school before May/June? I just want you to know that I know nothing about making Android/iPhone apps. I'm currently learning HTML and I'm on ordered/unordered list level. Do you think I could develop that app before the due date? Thank you so much for reading. It means so much for me.
Well you see there are some programs for PC like Xamarin but to use that you would need some C# knowledge and if you do use Xamarin you will need to use Xcode down the path of making an app
Xcode is by apple so therefore it is only for Mac OS X.
But what you want to make there are some online app makers that DO NOT require Xcode like:

- What program could I use to make a game like surviving high school (android/iPhone app)? For those who don't know, surviving high school is a 2D text-based choose your path game. It has multiple endings, branching storyline, and a few rpg elements. I want to make a game similar to Surviving High School but not to a degree of completely stealing their concept.
