Could I still have a virus? Or be hacked?
So I woke up and literally straight away was just scrolling in twitter not fully awake and I accidentally clicked a "tiny link" I panicked it didn't fully load and I just shut off the safari immediately calmed down went back on and shut the page down. Could I still have affected me? What do I do? I'm on my iphone by the way. I'm not sure it's done anything but I need reassuring
There's nothing to worry. It may be an advertisement or a broken link.
Don't worry, the best that link could have done is make posts on your twitter a/c. So just check for your last tweets for any unauthorized activity, if there's some, just change your password.
NO need to worry, it happens sumtimes. Twitter sometimes raises so many viruses and one suggestion for you do not ever click on the link which you have no idea about that. If you are not satisfy by my words then just format your iphone or update it.
- Will they still be logged in? ( Hacked problem)? My friends instagram got hacked, and the person who hacked it put her password in her bio, so I log on it and changed the password. Would this log out anyone else that was signed in on a different iphone/ipod?
- Is my iphone broken and is there a virus on it or is it hacked? My phone is a iphone 8 and it is fairly new because I got it last year. When I call people, I can hear a echoing sound on the background of the iphone. When I use my phone to search on google, it is extremely slow. Also my battery depletes so fast and i always have to charge it.
- Iphone restarting could it be hacked? Hey every now and again my iphone 4s with ios 7 sometimes randomly restarts without even doing the little spinny circle thingy the apple logo just comes up and resumes is this a hacker accesing my phone?
- If an iPhone somehow got a virus, what would stop that virus from spreading to the recovery image? If an iPhone got a virus, couldn't it just spread to the recovery image? I don't mean where you connect the iPhone to your computer and restore through iTunes. I mean the restore image that is actually on the iPhone.
