Cracked iPhone screen, will Verizon insurance cover that?
I've been having problems with my iPhone getting stuck in headphone mode, and I've tried everything that I found online and nothing will work. I have insurance for my iPhone, but I don't know if they will replace the phone because it has one small crack in it? If I'm going there because of the problem with the external volume, will I have to file a claim through Asurion to get a new phone because it has physical damage?
ATT/Verizon/Sprint/Tmobile/Etc All use Asurion Wireless Insurance. They cover forms of physical and water damage and anything not covered by warranty (just like car insurance) with a $50-$300 insurance deductible… Since you have an Iphone (unknown model # and GB model), if will be either $99 for the 4s 16GB or $199 for the 5 16GB
Verizon insurance will cover replacing a screen (or the entire phone depending on whichever one is cheaper). I knew someone who got their whole Samsung Galaxy S3 replaced when the screen had a small crack on it.
I have know people (with other carriers) who had problems with everything from the headset inlet to the charging port and ended up having it fixed and/or the entire phone being replaced.
- Will verizon fix my cracked screen if i have insurance? Okay well I got an iPhone 5C in January specifically to not crack it, i got a case that wasn't cheap and boom it cracked a bit. It's been getting worse and even a piece of glass fell out and this panics me because this is how my last phone broke… the insurance i have for verizon costs me $9.99 monthly, i'm not sure which it is but will it fix my cracked screen?

- Will Insurance cover my smashed iphone screen? I recently cracked my iPhone 4s screen and was wondering if insurance would cover it. I've also been told that they may even replace it with the latest apple iPhone. Just wondering what would happen with my insurance.
- Iphone 5 screen cracked - phones 4 u insurance? I have a new iphone 5 which the screen has just got cracked after a fall, I have phones 4 u insurance but do not have have the policy booklet with me in work does anyone know if this is covered under their insurance?
