Current ex-girlfriend has one of my iphones that i pay for service on monthly and bought the phone myself, how can i get it back?
Recently broke up cuz i caught her cheating and i asked for my phone back and repayment for all the months of service she never paid me for but then she went and blocked me off everything so i reported the phone stolen on sprint. How can i get repayment and my phone back? She lives in hawaii now and i'm in california
You stopped the phone service, good. Forget about getting anything back. Be glad you are rid of her. Move on
You have made an unwise decision by giving and paying for her phone. Write it off as an expensive lesson to learn. Cancel the automatic payments, OR better yet, cancel the credit card they are being charged to. Talk to a Sprint Representative to learn what your other options are.
You can try calling the authorities.
Should have taken the phone when you broke up with her. Your not getting it back or any money. If you already reported it stolen and stopped service then that's the end of it. Next time don't buy a girlfriend a phone.
