Currently have droid but I found an iPhone 5?
I found an iPhone 5 in the rain. I reset it and I want to transfer my number to it. But will I get Introuble for it? I don't want to register it than have cops show up saying I stole it. I also don't know how to transfer my number. I'm verizon and it won't let me dial *228 on the iPhone.
You could hand it to the police if your to scared to do anything with it?
Well if your worried then hand it to the police, however since you reset it they could sentence you for resetting it… If you change the sim card in it to your sim card then the number will be transferred across and the old number overridden so they won't be able to find the phone if you call with it.

But i would like to switch to the iPhone but still be on my same contract, is there any way i could do that? Just switching phones and possibly switching to unlimited but not renew my contract.
