Cutting people out of my wireless connection?
I'm actually kinda stuck cause we had to change the ISP, they said that they will install a password next week (I have no idea why). Anyways, I was wondering if there's anyway to cut off those public intruders. PS: I can't access my router page.
I have an iPhone aswell.
You can reset your router abd then go to the internet and type in 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 that should get you to the router login page and the default password Will very just do a Google search if the type of router you have. It might be username: user and password: admin or vise versa or admin and password. Once your in you can create your own wpa or wpa personal password hope this helps
You must have access to the router admin login page. Your best bet is to have the ISP provide ONLY the modem and do your own Wi-Fi with your own router. Then you can set things up the way you want.
Also, you probably have to pay a rental fee on their Wi-Fi device. And you certainly don't want to have to wait a week in order to have something changed in your router.
- Windows 7 laptop wireless connection problem I restored my computer a day ago because it was bringing the blue screen of death. After the restore, when I logged on and tried to connect to the internet it says no network connection. "The laptop will access the internet with a wired connection only. It now indicates there are no wireless networks to join even though" there's a modem in my house which i can connect to through my iphone.
- Slow wireless connection to my iPhone? It's 0752 so it can't be all the beighbours downloading and my computers turned off, the router is just sat there as normal, nothing has been changed but the wireless connection on my iPhone is really slow. I'm using it in the same room as the router. Any ideas what it could be? Happens all the time, in and hour or two I'll try it and it will be fine.

- Left Earbud on every set of Earbuds keeps cutting out? Hey guys I have a bit of a dilemma right now, I've searched everywhere to figure this out but I can't find the answer. I was hoping someone could help me! I have the iPhone 5 and it's almost a year old so not very old. On EVERY set of earbuds the left earbud keeps crackling in and out with the song or just goes completely silent. Anyone else have this issue? I've tried blowing into the jack, and the adapter on my lifeproof case. I'm kinda at a loss now.
