Daily Fitness routine/Workout plans?
17 year old female, weighing 109 lbs at 5'5".
I want to be in really good shape, I start college soon and I don't want to be out of breath going into every class from walking around.
I also want a nice, flat tummy, ( I have a little pudge, believe it or not)
I want to sculpt my but and thighs, and add muscle definition to my arms and calves (looking like a chicken over here, with my boney legs.)
I DO NOT want to loose weight, if anything I want to gain weight and be about 115 lbs.
So are there are any good FREE apps for the iphone? Or any websites that have a daily routine set up for you based on what you want to tone? That also include diets and fitness tips? Anyone know of any that are really good and free?

- Will the 7 minute workout app make you stronger? I just recently bought the 7 minute workout challenge app, and I read some articles online that say it will help you lose weight, but it is not good for becoming stronger. I didn't know if this was real and I have been doing the workout 2 times a day hoping to be stronger. If this workout isn't good for muscle, what is a good app for the iPhone that have workouts you can do at home to get stronger (without machines)?
