Will the 7 minute workout app make you stronger?
I just recently bought the 7 minute workout challenge app, and I read some articles online that say it will help you lose weight, but it is not good for becoming stronger. I didn't know if this was real and I have been doing the workout 2 times a day hoping to be stronger. If this workout isn't good for muscle, what is a good app for the iPhone that have workouts you can do at home to get stronger (without machines)?

- Tesco broadband. Can I get a stronger Wi-Fi signal? I have Tesco unlimited broadband. It works fine but was wondering if anyone else has trouble with a weak signal when you are say 10-15 meters away through a couple of walls? My laptop picks up 2 out of 5 bars in signal but my iPhone 5 gets nothing at all. Could I upgrade my router? And if so, what would be a good one? Is there such a thing as a signal strength chart or anything like that? Just thought I'd ask.
