Dangers of upgrading to Ios 7 beta GM?

As Ios 7 beta GM was just released, is it worth trying it on my iphone? I know the past betas got shut off and people were scrambling to get back on Ios 6.1.3 (or 6.1.4), but I just want to know: Will my phone still work the same? Can I still make calls, use my apps, will my messages stay there? Will I be able to restore it back to 6.1.3 if something goes wrong? Should I just wait until it is released on the 18th? I have been very excited for this update, but have been trying not to tease myself with the thought of downloading a beta. Will it affect my account at all?
It's all very confusing, all the aspects of it, but I'm interested in it, I'm just also not sure I'm aware of any dangers that can come with it.

It might be worth giving a try, but as you said there will be dangers to using it. Apple clearly knows there are problems with it, but it is made flawed, so that when a new ios after that comes out people will scramble to get it. The only possible way to go back to a previous ios is to restore the phone and do a very complicated process, thus losing all information stored in the phone, not recommended. Your messages and stuff will be there if you just upgrade, but it is risky. Personally, I would wait, there will probably be a ios 7 fix a week or two after the beta is released.

If you don't have a developer account for apple (99.99$ a year) For the first beta 1 release you will be fine but when the beta 2 comes out you will need to pair you phone to the account and with out it you can't use your phone.
