Deleted a direct message on twitter, can i get it back?

I've deleted a direct message conversation on twitter by accident! I was on twitter for iphone and slid across the wrong conversation deleting all of the messages to and from that user!

Is there any way to get them back?

If you do not have a backup copy, it is not possible to restore tweets.

No sorry but maybe if you message that person that you deleted that message and forgot to read it she/he might message it you again

There's no way to restore it from twitter app.
But you can try contacting twitter support and give them good reason to restore.
I'm sure when you deleted conversation, it is not deleted right a way, but just flagged as deleted. All companies keep track of activities for years for auditing purposes.
And as it was suggested already try to check with person you had conversation with. He might left it.

  • Twitter SMS & Twitter App Mobile Notifications? I have and Iphone 4, currently up to date, etc etc. When I turn on mobile notifications on twitter I receive both the SMS/404-04 text notification and a push notification from my twitter mobile app. I would prefer to receive the notifications from my app only and not SMS. It would be easier to distinguish tweet from normal texts. Plus The SMS notifications leave my texts list messy. I can't figure out how to do this anywhere. Solutions?

  • Instagram direct message not working? Whenever I try to sent a direct message in the Instagram app, I get a pop up that says "Couldn't create thread. We're sorry, but something went wrong. Please try again." I'm really frustrated, because I have an account in which I need to message people on. I'm using an Iphone 6 for the app. Also, this message will persist for hours, and then it will go away and I will be able to send a few messages, but then it pops up again.
  • I cancelled by direct debit. Can they still take money? Basically I took out a contract on an iPhone 4 with O2 last year. Money became an issue so I just cancelled my direct debit with Lloyds TSB Will they still be able to withdraw money from my bank monthly regardless?
