Depressed after losing iPhone?

I recently lost my iPhone 4. Since then, I have been really depressed. It was a gift from my uncle. Now I can't afford to buy one because it is very expensive. I'm using my old nokia c6 now. And everything about it sucks and it makes me miss my phone even more. I'm not a materialistic person. I don't wear expensive clothes and shoes. The only thing I love is gadgets. I have exams in a week and I'm unable to concentrate because i think about my iPhone 4 all the time. Please help! How can I get over this?! I keep regretting for being a jerk and losing the phone

Ah! I'm sorry! I got my phone stolen once and I know how that feels! Some advice is that you can go on amazon and maybe see if you can get one for less? If not pick up a babysitting job before you know it you can afford one it's a quick and easy way to get money quick! Forget about the iPhone! Just think you'll get a new one soon and don't worry over something that you can't change the outcome to. There's also a contest on Verizon's page for a new phone!

I know how you feel but at least you have a back up. I messed up my iPhone 4 by trying to jailbreak it and I didn't know what I was doing. I went two weeks with out a phone and only used the house once or twice a day. On top of that my internet on my computer got turned off and I was left with nothing for two weeks. It was pure hell! I cried every night and started praying. After two weeks my internet was on and the company replaced my phone. Not saying you should pray for what you want but talk to an adult about your depression.
