Diamond Wireless Verizon Warrenty?

I pay the $10 a month for protection on my Iphone 4S. Hone is giving me battery issues and I'd like to return it to Diamond and be issued a new/refurbished one. I can upgrade to the 5 in August. Do they ever allow early upgrades if you're a few months away from qualifying?

Can't hurt asking. I don't see why they wouldn't though, seeing as it would save them over a $100 (you're going to get a new phone eventually, might as well only pay once. Of, course, I'm not sure. No Verizon this far south.

Diamond is an indirect agent. They are not employees of Verizon Wireless, so if you pay $10 monthly to them it doesn't go to Verizon. Just look at your bill. Insurance with Verizon's provider, asurion wireless is either TEC or WPP. That's total equipment coverage or wireless protection program. If you got the phone within the first year it will be under warranty unless you transferred liability of the phone or activated it on someone else's plan. That will good the warranty. Apples warranty though will go with the device and not the plan. Check the apple store too if you haven't damaged it. If damaged, it voids the warranty.
