Did he lose interest in me? Did I scare him off?

So last night I texted this guy i've been talking to saying sorry for drunk texting him. And he said it's okay. I was rolling (popping E). And I asked him "I thought you said you were going to quit? Lol"

and he hasn't texted me back since then
Did I scare him off?

The first few days we were talking, we would text a lot. But now it's getting less and less. Is he losing interest?

And I know he read my message because he was on faceboook few minutes ago using his iphone.

So this girl goes to my school and in class we sit next to each other and sometimes I catch her staring at me and we will just sit there looking at eachother for like 2 mins. Sometimes she touchs my leg and I have an iphone and she presses the button to turn the screen on and I have no idea why btw were in 8th grade if that has anything to do with it I feel like she talks to a lot of guys but i don't know
