Did I get a good deal on this iPhone 3g?
I bought an iPhone for 10$ from a friend and the only issue is that from the left to the middle of about 40% of the screen is completely grayed out and there are blotches of gray at the top covering some parts of the black clock bar. The backing has a couple minor scratches and a couple gashes near the corner plastic, the camera seems to be cracked so its basically inoperable. Should I replace the LCD and back camera lens or should i save the fuss and just sell it as is. If so how much would I make off of it with this description
An iPhone is an iphone, worse case scenario, you can sell it on eBay and probably get around $50 for it. People sell iPhone 3G phones that are water damaged and don't work at all for way more than $10.
- Why did everyone make a big deal that the new iphone can bend? Why did people complain about this? It still works the same even though it can bend right? So why the big deal about it?
- Where could I get a good deal on iphone 5? I've been looking to buy an iphone 5 for between 400-420 tops, I've been looking on ebay buy they are selling them for ridiculous prices like over 400 for a used one, I know they are not cheap but they retail from apple for about 500 so you must be able to get one for abit cheaper. Any idea would be great, thanks.

- Is the iPhone 4 8GB on Virgin Mobile a good deal? Their site is telling me I can get 300 anytime minutes per month, with unlimited access to data and messaging. This seems too good to be true, does it not? I know you need to pay for the phone itself, but what's the catch? Does Virgin Mobile's coverage suck or something? Haha. For $35 per month they say
